Uses and Benefits
Chopping fodder for draught animals and domestic cattle is done with fodder-cutting machines. Farmers use this instrument to slice straw, hay, and maize fodder into small pieces that livestock can digest readily. There is reduced wastage as there is chopped hay. Because chopped hay improves digestion and nutrition, weight gain is hastened. Chopped hay also helps in digestion.
It has 2 discs and six knives. The working width is 1250 mm or 1650 mm. The Tractor HP (PTO) is 540 rpm and the tractor HP is above 50 Horsepower. The Weight is 180 kg or 375 kg.
